Build
When a process comes round every week, Claude builds a small application that runs it on its own. The model is only called at the steps where judgment is needed.
Short automation engagement, one to five days- Supplier quotes received by email are extracted, compared and consolidated into one table.
- The payroll export is checked line by line, with anomalies listed before it goes to the accountant.
- The bank reconciliation runs every night; only unmatched entries go to a person.

I spent five years in management control, at TotalEnergies in Geneva and then in a French SME, after a master’s degree in accounting, control and audit. That is where I learned to look at how an organization actually works, and where it loses time.
I have used Claude every day since its earliest versions and trained on Anthropic Academy. I work on site, with the teams, and every engagement is covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
I work with firms and regulated professions (lawyers, accountants, wealth managers) and companies of every size, from SMEs to large groups, mostly on support functions, finance and operations. The sector matters little: what I improve is the processes, and they look alike from one company to the next.
Learning the tool is the quick part. Changing habits takes longer.

Claude subscriptions are in your company’s name and you can cancel them whenever you like. Only the days of work are invoiced.
Your data stays with you. Claude Team and Enterprise plans do not use your data to train the models. Every file is kept separate, and nothing goes out without a person having read it.
